Product Delivery

Delivery Information

We deliver all our products with a Courier or Australia Post Parcel Service. Melrose Place Homewares does not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, please provide a residential or work address to send to. All online orders will be shipped within 2 business days following receipt of payment. We use bubble wrap and recycled cardboard to protect items for their journey, to ensure your items arrive in the same condition as when they left us.

Courier and Australia Post Deliveries
All items have tracking and insurance. If you are not home when your delivery arrives, a card will be left for you to collect it from your local Australia Post Outlet / Courier Franchise or you can rearrange with the company to get it redelivered.   Once your order has been finalised, you will receive an order confirmation email which also includes a tracking number and the courier, allowing you to track your parcel through the tracking service.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are determined by your location, as follows:

Australia - Flat Rate Shipping rates start at $8.95 for smaller items and go up to $39.95 for larger items

Worldwide - starts from $20.00

Loss, Breakages or Damaged Items
Our aim is to provide our customers with online homeware products of the highest quality and standard, therefore we check all items before dispatch. Although we pack all items carefully to ensure they travel safely, if you do receive an item which has been broken or damaged during transit, or is faulty for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item by email at so we can walk you through the returns process and help resolve the problem. Please note we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will help us make the process simple and easy for you. We may also request the damaged product be collected by the courier depending on the claim. If you have tracked and checked for your parcel and believe it to be lost, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch.

International Delivery

We are currently shipping to New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland up to 2kg. Postage charges cover transport cost only and do not cover government import duties. Melrose Place Homewares does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Please contact us for further information.
